At Mindkindles, we aim to address any concerns you have with purchased items promptly. Follow these steps to report an issue using our "Report a Problem" feature.

Step 1: Log In to Your Mindkindles Account

Click on the Log In button and enter your credentials to access your account.

Step 2: Locate Your Purchased Item

1. Navigate to the Profile icon beside your name and click on the "All, Digital or Physical options. You can click on "My Reports" if you have already submitted a report.
2. Find the purchased item you want to report an issue about.
3. Click the arrow next to the item or view to see the item's page.
4. Locate the "Report a problem" Button under the page. Click on the Log In button and enter your credentials to access your account.

Step 3: Fill Out the "Report a Problem" Form 

1. After clicking the button, the "Report a Problem" form will open.
2. Verify your order number: It will be pre-filled in the form for your convenience.
3. Report Title and Describe the issue: Use the provided text box to give title to your report (e.g., damaged product, incorrect item, etc.. Proceed to the next field to describe the issue in detailed.
4. Upload images: Attach at least one image of the item to help us better understand the issue. This step is mandatory.

Step 4: Submit Your Report

1. Double-check the information you’ve entered and ensure you’ve uploaded an image.
2. Click the Submit button.
3. You will receive a confirmation message:
4. "Thank you for reporting the issue. Your report has been submitted successfully, and our team will review it shortly."

Step 5: Check the Status of Your Report

1. Navigate to the "My Reports" section in your account dashboard.
2. View the list of submitted reports along with their statuses:
   • Under Review: Your report is being processed.
   • Resolved: Your issue has been addressed.
   • Action Required: Additional input is needed from you.

Important Notes

• You cannot submit the form without completing the description and image upload fields. If any mandatory fields are left blank, you will see an error message:
• "Please upload at least one image and provide a description of the issue before submitting."
• Ensure the uploaded images clearly show the problem for quicker resolution.
